Keith Getty join us to share about the challenges faced by believers around the world in this current moment in history, from literal persecution to just simply meeting together. The Getty's have found there is a distinct connection between singing, creativity, and hymns which are full of truth and hope, and how these help Christians to persevere through difficult times.
Recently, Keith and Kristyn released a version of the classic hymn "It Is Well with My Soul" which is being used as the closing track to a forthcoming movie about Sabina (and Richard) Wurmbrand, the founders of Voice of the Martyrs.
The movie deals with persecuted Christians and is particularly poignant in how it relates to the current moment in the Middle East.
