Richard (Rick) J. Goossen, is a Strategic Advisor and Relationship Manager for the Covenant Planning Group.  Rick works full-time with Covenant, one of Canada's leading family wealth advisory firms.  Rick's ministry focus is the role of Christian entrepreneurial leadership in the marketplace and beyond. As part of his ministry activities, he is involved in the Enterpreneurial Leadership Organization (ELO) and is also Director of Entrepreneurial Leadership - Transforming Business, a research and development centre at the University of Cambridge, in the United Kingdom.  Today he joins Lorna Dueck to chat about Pursuing Excellence in Business.
