Over 18 / JARED & MICHELLE BROCK

Jared Brock is the author of "A Year of Living Prayerfully," and the happy husband of Michelle. Together they've travelled, worked, and volunteered in over 40 countries. Together, they have also produced documentary films regarding sexual exploitation that have been used as a resource by students, film festivals, universities, politicians, police officers, border service officers, crisis shelter workers, counsellors, professors, church leaders, and abolitionists.

Michelle Brock is the co-founder of Hope for the Sold, an organization that fights sex trafficking "one word at a time." After completing her undergraduate degree in political science at the University of Guelph, she received the Millennium Scholarship Grant to make a short film about sex trafficking in Canada. Michelle has written several magazine articles about human trafficking and social justice, and blogs regularly at HopeForTheSold.com.

Today, Jared and Michelle will discuss their new documentary film, "Over 18." Over 18 was inspired by a friend that came to them who had young men in his youth group that were addicted to pornography. To address the issue in a film, together they interview many different people, current adult film stars in their Hollywood mansions, ex-porn stars who had suffered through that time and many others.

M47 is a motion that if passed, the government is required to study the effect that online pornography has on children and teens. For more information about the film and where they will be showing the documentary visit over18doc.com
