Sarah Parshall Perry speaks with Moira Brown about her struggles as a parent, outlined in her book "Mommy Needs a Raise."  Sarah Parshall Perry explains that two of her three children are on the autism spectrum and her oldest, Noah, has Aspergers Syndrome. 

She tells stories about the difficulty that this sometimes presents and how as an overachiever, who had done quite a bit of career hopping had found out that motherhood is the one job you just can't quit.
