"In your heart you think God has something for your life, and you really believe it and you have scripture to back it up and it does not happen, there is a crisis of faith that happens. Then you give him your life in ministry and you have these expectations. Honestly for me, the expectations have had more to do with getting over the disillusionment of this tension of what it looks like to be in ministry in the United States" says Lina.

"There is not a thing that I wrote about that I don't know in my head, but translating that from the brain to the heart, I think that is what God is trying to do in our lives" explains Lina.

Lina explains that when that in every point when we end up in a pit and we cannot get out of that pit, God is saying that He is still here with us.
